Olympia London has been awarded Superbrand status for the fourth consecutive year and has been recognised in the ‘Event Venue’ category for the second time.
The voting process involved 2,500 business professionals with purchasing or managerial responsibility and was supplemented by an expert council comprising 20 senior business-to-business marketing leaders.

The venue was assessed against three core factors: quality, reliability and distinction. The voting process was also influenced by both short and long term factors, such as the brand’s current profile, latest marketing activities and new product or service developments in order for Superbrands to provide a holistic picture of how brands are currently perceived.
Olympia London’s recognition follows the announcement of its £1.3bn redevelopment. The redevelopment aims to create a new cultural hub that includes a four-screen arthouse cinema, 1,500-seat theatre, live music venue, restaurants, shops, cafés, two hotels, office and co-working space and 2.5 acres of new public space created.
Global hotel group Hyatt, boutique hotel chain citizenM and live entertainment company AEG Presents, have all signed long-term agreements to operate out of the London venue.
This development is set to elevate Olympia London to deliver richer experiences for everyone to enjoy.
